It amazes me how the staff cannot say you're welcome when I thank them, much less thank me for stopping in. I can't get anything... beyond my total due, and they make it seem like even that is bothersome to communicate. My order has been wrong on multipleoccasions, and I feel like I'm inconvenienceing them whenever I ask for what i payed for, not what they gave me. 1st and foremost I stop at this location alot in the morning. However, I stop here this afternoon for a quick meal... run....horrible service. The guy in drive thru look to be a Manger which I hope not because he rushed me through my whole orderasking if that was it, as I pulled up he was taking another order and was moving his hands while talking as if he wanted to tellthem hurry up as well, rolled his eyes, threw ketchup in my bag, didn't say anything other than here and held out the drinks.1st if you don't want to work then don't be here, 2nd I had to go in and ask for my receipt which at that point I got the eyeroll again and told the machine was out so.....just horrible. Ordered here today, $30 later whopper was completely wrong, 2 kids meals are missing the toy, and the kids meal hamburger had... cheese. Ordering inside only to make sure my food is correct and complete. Read more
I went to my local Burger King on Grayson Highway around 6:00. While sitting in line to place my order(10 mins) I saw three... employees walk outside. One was dressed as a manager. One was there to sweep the ground. The other one not sure. Maybe it wastheir break??? These three did not return inside even though the drive through line was exceptionally long. I was finally ableto place my order. After sitting in line for an additional 20 mins there was still two cars in front of me that had turned theircars off to save gas. I finally gave up and left without getting my food. This is beyond rediculous! If they have so manyemployees that three can walk outside during a busy time then the remaining employees surely must have been on a break! I willnot go back to this establishment. In addition when trying to call this location I got a recording saying the number had beenchanged and the new number was unavailable. Then I search for a way to register a complaint only to find that page has beenmoved or no longer available. What happened to taking pride in your job? I guess I should take it as a sign that this locationwill be closing soon and that corporate Burger King could care less about the quality of their restaurants. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger meal... asked for no ketchup and mustard ????good job there... order extra pickles and onions got 2... pickles and 1 onion on each of my burgers! And was charged $1 extra! Very disappointing... so upset with my dinner this evening. Read more
All I have to say is these ladies are not only very friendly but I am thru the drive thru super quick. With hot food. I highly... recommend going here, nothing like starting the day with a friendly person instead of someone who hates there jobs and bleedsthat energy on you. Ladies keep up the great work. Read more
