I am sitting in the drive thru at the Burger King located at 1840 Cruse Rd Lawrenceville, GA. I was told that they are only... taking mobile orders , so I asked how I could place a mobile order. The male talking to me through the drive thru then clarifiedthat they are only taking mobile orders that were placed earlier and they are no longer taking anymore. I asked if there was anyreason why they are only taking mobile orders and only ones that were made ?earlier.? But received no answer. I have since beensitting in the drive thru line and the employee spoke again saying they were no longer taking orders. Super bad service. The employees were not even working. They didn't even ask what I wanted for drink. I order the combo, so the... drink is included but I could have wanted Sprite instead of coke. I could see them from the window all talking with each other,which is fine to talk to coworkers, but nobody was working. Picked up from this location several times for delivery orders and personal orders and I seem to have a negative experience... almost every time. Today cashier Cirah S. rubbed me the wrong way. She didn't greet me when I entered nor when she walked overto the register to see why I was there. She said nothing when she walked to register just looked at me. Then when the order wasready she just said you had a mobile order and placed the bag on the counter and moved on to something else . She really needsto work on her customer service. Read more
