I went with my family thru the drive-thru of Burger King and the girl that was taking my order over the speaker was very... unprofessional, rude and disrespectful that the manager had to take over with completing my order. When I pulled up to thewindow for the manager to assist me with the order, everyone that work in the store was coming from different areas in the storelooking at me and my family thru the drive-thru window. It made me feel very uncomfortable, threatened and unsafe. After Ireceived my order I pulled over in the parking lot to check my order and it was wrong after the manager took my order andrepeated it to me. I sent my kids inside with the food that was wrong on the order and when my kids came out I just pulled off.I got home and opened my sandwich to eat it and it was still wrong. While we were there they had hardly no options of beveragesto drink, no one that was cooking had on hairnets which is unsanitary and this was my first time coming there and it will be mylast time. The worst experience ever. This place needs to be shut down. The young employees there were very unprofessional and... disrespectful! I went through the drive thru and the young lady that took my order was literally laughing and playing with hercoworkers while taking my order! When I pulled to drive thru window, she was throwing FOOD at her coworkers (I found out thatone was the ?manager?), laughing and using profanity. When I finally got my food, I drove off. When I checked my food I noticedthat they literally gave me a bun and one piece of burger meat! No toppings, no sauces, just bread and meat! I ordered a doublewhopper with cheese with extra onions. I turned my car around and took it back for a refund and they were upset that I wanted arefund! Then we?re asking why did I want a refund and that they could just fix me another burger. But I was not going to trustthem to make anything for me. Who knows what they would have done to my food. And get this, they couldn?t figure out how muchmoney to refund me! I explained to them that they refund the price that I paid. They could not understand that, even the?manager? couldn?t add! The unprofessional manager had to call another manager to ask how much should be refunded!????. I guessthey explained that I get back what I paid. If I could give no stars I would. This was the second burger king I went to this morning because of speed of service. This one... was not busy, and I see why. I ordered a sausage and cheese croissant meal small with a orange juice (the work said a number 1with no egg). I get the meal and it's 2 hard over cooked sausage patties on it. Hash rounds were old and hard, not hot at all. Iwill never return to this burger king again. It should close down if they cannot offer better service and quality of food. lalso was not given a receipt. This was the worst breakfast I've had in a long time. Read more

I typically don't leave reviews but sheeesh. I pull up well within hours, sit in the drive thru, no one responds. I drive up, no... one at the window. I drive around, 1 employee outside smoking and another on his phone inside by the dining area. Now that theysee me, I ride back up to the drive thru menu, now with another car behind me, and still no one assists. We both ended upleaving and going elsewhere. Read more

This Burger King is one of, if not the worst fast food establishment I have had to deal with. Customer service? Non existent.... Speed? They couldn't work faster than a sloth if they tried. Quality of the wood? Down right awful. I hadn't visited a burgerKing in a very long time, now I remember why. Read more

This was the MOST disgusting, incompetent, and frustrating experience I've had all year with any fast food establisment. The sad... part is that there was not many cars in the drive thru at night before they closed. Our order should have been accurate, hot,and fresh. Plus, this was in our own hometown. No one should receive a bacon cheesebuger without cheese or bacon but with onlyjalapenos. I just LITERALLY just gave my money away for an hour of their paycheck for nothing in return. Please somebody shutthis place down? these people don't want their jobs. They would rather struggle for employment during a pandemic. This is notwhat Burger King used to be. Read more

For some reason this location just can?t seem to get it together! There?s always something missing from the meal. Today there... were no napkins in the bag. How it?s very annoying especially when you have to eat in your car and the whopper is made so sloppythat all the innards slide out the wrapper. Onion rings always taste old, greasy and are hard.
