To behonest the sliders buffalo ckn was good but my beef an cheddar was very dry i have never had a dry beef an cheddar in my... life most of the time they to sloppy to eat wile driving. Also my wife's ckn sandwich tasted burn like the did not change to oilin a long time you Know the tast. Also my kids did not eat there nuggets out there kids meals an they love nuggets it a treatfor them. Very long wait times to get food and place order. Ended up getting home and was missing 2 sandwichs and was giving an order of... cheese sticks when I ordered jalapeno bites. Had to drive back up there and to get missing food. They did not want to remake theorder as it was cold due to driving back and forth. Will not return. And seeing how the owner responds to negative reviews and astandard response is very alarming as it shows they don't care. Read more

The reason for this is as follows. I had taken my 2 daughters in there after boofest to grab some food as they were hungry and... wanted a little snack. They love Arby's cheese sticks. When we entered the cashier rolled her eyes and walked away to tell themanager "there's some people up there that want to order." After a couple of mins the manager came up and took the order, whichwas just a 6 piece cheese sticks. The cheese sticks were cold and neither the manager nor the cashier were pleasant. I addressedthis with a relative whom is a manager there. If you are in customer service then that should be your main focus. I've been inrestaurants for years as well as retail, customer service should be #1, if you don't feel like giving customer service then workin a warehouse.. your out of the public and don't have to worry about making people happy. This is the worst experience I've hadfrom this Arby's. So with that being said, don't go after 3... the best people work days. Read more
