Worst experience from a lil Cesar?s. How is it a 20 + plus wait for a hot and ready when your supposed to pre make them so they... are ?hot and ready? but I can go to dominoes down the street and order large pizza with multiple toppings and have delivered tomy house in 20 minutes. Order a pizza told be 20 minutes. But turned into almost a hour when finally got pizza and home not only was pizza not what... had ordered ans waited so long on but waa also wet and cold on 1 side. Shouldn't been if just came out oven Called thentold them what happened and all information they asked for. Offer me a free pizza caled b4 went to get it. Said be 20minutes. Again had to wait 20 extra minutes. Asked if could get some bread sticks since was 3rd mess up n 2 days. Said hadto charge me for them Won't be back there anytime soon if ever. I just went here to get a pizza. They had absolutely no menu except showing 1 single pizza. I asked if that's all they have... and the kid looked high as hell. He said that's all they have and I questioned that because I know little Ceasars. I askedif they had the deep dish and they huffed at me and said "yea we do" I asked if I could get that and they huffed at me again. I felt completely out of place and realized they didn't want to make anything at all. Don't waste your time here. Drive toColumbia and order there. UPDATE! I wrote that review before I even got my pizza. I ended up getting my pizza and I had torip it apart because it wasn't cut all the way through. It was extremely doughy still. The crew work 8/9/22 You did an awesome job. There were a lot of people ordering allot of pizzas and they kept up the... curteousness and quality. This was honestly the best Little Cesears pizza Ive had. They were generous with the toppings andthe crust was perfectly cooked!! Great job!! Yesterday we stopped in for a pizza, people standing everywhere. My husband waited for a good 10 mins never once ordering. Customer service was a 3. Went in to a full lobby with people standing everywhere no line or and way of knowing who needed to... order and who was waiting. The cashier was looking down after finishing with someone then said what areyou waiting on I said Ineed to order. They had no hot n ready it was fairly busy as I waited. Can someone explain to me why this is the ONLY location that charges 7 dollars when everyone else charges $5.55?? This is the... absolute worst Little Caesars I have ever been to! It is advertised as Hot n Ready and yet they never EVER have any ready!Literally every time I have ever been there I have had to wait 20 to 30 mins for a pizza! They lose so much business by neverhaving anything ready! I have literally watched over 20 people walk out from the wait time or from lack of having no Hot nReady's actually ready! The staff is rude and the most immature people I have ever met! They might could get some more work doneif they stopped messing around and stopped playing with each other and being on their phones! Went in to little Caesars people standing everywhere. I asked for 2 Hot and ready they said we only have one. I said that's... fine I need 2. He said it will be a 30 minute wait. I said I would wait. 2 minutes later a lady comes in to order 2 Hot andReadys and he gives them to her. He made me wait for 30 minutes. Everyone was looking at each other like what is happening. Theguy at the counter seems really High. He has curly hair and walks around like he's not really there. If I was a ceo and saw thecustomer service, I wouldn't keep him in my store! Another lady told him he needed to invest in hearing aids because peoplewere trying to communicate with him and he was blatantly ignoring customers. Hopefully the food is good. Read more
