My husband got the meatloaf, and I got the catfish. Everything was good, but my favorite part of the meal? was the fried okra!... (And there was tons of it!) We also got the beef nachos, to snack on later, and they were delicious! Read more
I got the rice bowl with brisket and everything was flavorful and the rice itself was very moist and tasty. It was just over $8... with tax and would have liked a little more meat but it is what it is. ???? I came through the drive through and no one wasahead of me and I got my order very quickly. I wish I would have known about this place sooner, I just happened to see itdriving down a back road. There's a coffee shop right next to it that I've never heard of either. Had some issues with the food, I got the four wing chicken combo, the wings had a weird taste, I thought they had a taste of... rotten chicken, I stopped eating them after three bites, my husband thought it was whatever wood they used to smoke thechicken. My husband got brisket combo plate, the meat was flavorful but there was so much fat on it he was able to eat about70%. Sides were tasty, we got potato salad which was great, BBQ beans that tasted like regular baked beans with BBQ sauceadded, but they were good. Coleslaw was good and great fries.
