Literally the worst most horrible McDonald?s I have been to in my life. It doesn?t matter what time of day I get there the food... is always cold. They take forever to get your food out. The drive thru experience was nice and the staff were nice. It was a bit slow but I believe they were understaffed. The food was... good but my order wasn't correct but they were very nice and quick to fix it. Read more
Very poor customer service. Night shift is the worst that I've seen in a long time. Food was cold and nasty one of the employees... was rude , slammed my food down On the front counter read off one sandwich and threw the ticket order in the bag as to say ohwell didnt even yell out a ticket number , She was slamming the kids meal buckets on the counter, spoke to the manager he didn'tact like he really cared to what you had to say as she had to listen in to what I was talking about with him as this washappening She got upset with what I was saying to the manager as i went out the door the girl screemed out, with a lobby ofpeople standing there, they already had been waiting 30 mins for there food not to count food they were sending out wrongorder's , Very unprofessional night shift crew will not be doing business with them ever again. The absolute worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Every time I go there they say there ice cream machine is broken. They can't... ever get my food order right. They have the rudest employees. And some of the laziest employees I have ever seen. I would beashamed to tell anyone if I owned this shifty place. There ice cream machine has been down on and off for the last 2 years. Andit has been down more than it has worked. If it was mine I would sell it to someone who cares about the people in this communityand not just making a dollar off of people. I will go out of my way to go to this McDonald's. They are almost never out of things, their coffee machine is almost never... down. They consistently get the order right. The workers are sweet and polite and I have seen them training other workers with,what appears to be, patience. They all deserve a raise and paid vacations for being as wonderful as they are. ???? This McDonald's is always hit or miss. The last time we went they messed up our drinks . We ordered a frozen Coke and a Diet... Coke. They gave us two different beverages, neither of which was a frozen Coke. The time before this, we ordered a doublecheeseburger, ended up with two double cheeseburgers, neither of which were made the same way as the other. I mean don't get mewrong, it could be worse, but I would like a little more consistency. Read more
Speedy service in drive thru but food not fresh.
Everytime I go there I would order a double quarter pounder with cheese but add lettuce tomato and mayonnaise and every time... they never add the lettuce tomato and mayonnaise plus about everytime I go there the fries are cold and soggy Read more
