Delicious lunch. Ask for the fried banana peppers. My salad was perfectly crisp and fresh. The broccoli was prepared to... perfection. The only thing I'd change is to fry all the fried foods longer than this kitchen does to get that, more palatable,DARK golden brown color of fully crisp fried food. Our server was delightful. We enjoyed her very much. Read more

Bluegrass Sabor turned out to be a very pleasant surprise. Walking in the décor and atmosphere tells you are in for a culinary... treat of down-home food. My wife had the 8 oz Pecan Crusted Chicken topped with a very tasty bourbon honey/sauce. She had herbourbon honey on the side. Her mother use to make Pecan Crusted Chicken back in the day and she wanted to compare BluegrassSabor's to moms. Bluegrass Sabor hit a home run on the Pecan Chicken! Her two sides, which came with the chicken, were steamedbroccoli and a very large house salad. In fact, this was one of the largest house salads I have seen. It definitely wasn't ahoneymoon salad, lettuce alone! I had the 10 oz Pork Chop with grilled peppers and onions topped with a bourbon glaze. My twosides were the green beans, cooked southern style, and mashed potatoes. All three were very delicious and reminded me very muchof true home cooking. As an afterthought, I should have asked for an extra serving of the bourbon glaze on the side. Our mealscame with a serving of bread rolls with a vegetable spread. The rolls were good; the vegetable spread was just vegetablespread. The service was over the top and they were somewhat busy during our visit. This is a friendly place! This would be agreat place to have lunch or dinner after spending a day on the Bourbon Trail. Lawrenceburg is a short drive from two of thebest distilleries in the area, Buffalo Trace and Woodford Reserve. My wife and I look forward to returning to the BluegrassSabor in the future for some more home-cooked food. Read more

Tried this place while we were in the area. Nice late lunch. Food was good, we had an appetizer, mixed drink, philly cheese... steak and southwestern burger. Had a little mix up on the burger first received a chicken sandwich but it was corrected quickly.Potato salad was not to my liking. Wish we. Had saved room for dessert, maybe next time. Would stop again if we were in thearea. Read more

My mom really enjoyed her hot brown. She said it?s the best she?s had in a long time. My burger was great, and I really enjoyed... the fried egg on it! Love how the French fries have a unique wedge/curl design. This is a great place to stop when I?m the areafor a reasonably priced lunch or dinner. Our server was great! Read more

The atmosphere is cute, our ribeyes weren?t the best(huge pieces of fat) but we really enjoyed everything else. Lisa got the hot... brown &loved it and my Brother in law got the bacon wrapped filet and enjoyed it as well. Our bread pudding dessert was thefavorite. Our server, Nicole was absolutely amazing, she took great care of us & even took the time to write down some extraspots to see. If you go ask for Nicole! Read more
