The new Philly is tasty. The gyros are much better then you expect from a fast food place. Still hate the curly fries (nothing... against the restaurant as I hate them from any Arbys) but the crinkle fries were straight on. Try the fries with the threepepper sauce. Read more
Went through drive-thru and ordered the new fish strip dinner, totally a JOKE!!!!, need to call it fish bites not strips. The... 3 pieces I got would have made 1 1/2 strips. As for the fries, well you'll get more in a McDonald's kids package and there was4 fries that were nice size, the rest was what I call nub fries, really short. Oh ! Maybe this was a kids fish meal and not anadult meal ??? Who knows, but for $9.21 one would think you'd get better size fish strips. VERY DISSATISFIED !!!!! Read more
Disappointed with the customer service at lunch today. Staff seemed annoyed when taking my order in the drive thru and was very... impatient (cut me off 2-3 times while trying to order). Person who I assume was the manager was working the window and she wasvery rude also. Frequent flyer here with no complaints up to this point, but today was not a good experience. Only reason for 2stars is the food was good, otherwise would've been a 1-star. Rooting for you Arby's, but you've got to do better! I don't wantto have to drive to Frankfort to get curly fries... Drive to the Frankfort Arby?s. This one is horrible. Two drive through menus and still takes 30 to 40 minutes. Ordered three... combos and this is how full the fries are. Pathetic? for $30+ in food, standards are low. This store needs new management. Read more
