I had a great experience here. My order was taken fast and correctly. The 1st window associate was pleasant when paying, the 2nd... window associate was sweet, asking me to park. My order was delivered to my car by another polite associate. The food was hot,well packaged and correct when delivered. Read more

Love there new app it made McDonald?s a lot more desirable. I stoped going for years because it would be a complete waste of... money and time. No one wants to pay to have people be rude to them , mess the their order up , and wait forever for their food .With the app you don?t have to speak to nobody you order it yourself . You pull up and get your order quick and easy. Plus thereare great deals . The employees must love the app too because they seem a-lot more happier and helpful now. High for a Ron's steak house but the people working there 9/8/22 only two people I could see in there maybe three had more... customers in and out and drive threw was lined right up they just went threw and made food and drink orders like that was normalmost mick D's would be yelling hollering and they have 8-9 employees those peeps need a raise and outta all that super politeand always professional. Better communication.. I went there at 8:30 saw there was a line. I called to see if the ice cream machine was working because... it always ?down ? so I didn?t have to wait in line for nothing .. waited 10 mins in line for them to tell me there is no icecream .. you figure the lady would tell me over the phone .. a guy was at the speaker when I questioned it I told him I justcalled he seemed to stuttered then a lady jump on the speaker .. not great to waste peoples time. ???? also doors were lockedbefore 8:30pm ? I went out for a midnight run, and the fat girl working the drive through there has the most poorest customer service skills... ever, never said hi or thank you , handed me the bag and wouldn?t even put her arm out, I had to reach for it, hands me my drinkand waited and extra 2 minutes for a straw, the whole time she was just talking on the phone with a friend, never said thank youand before I even said how rude she was she shut the window in my face, I mean , if you dont like your job just quit and letsomeone with the desire to do it work there, it?s always something with these people Read more

To the manager (big Dominican girl with badly dyed hair who think she owns the place) not every person with green eyes is white.... So before you start yapping about a customer who politely pulled the worker who made the shakes with blonde/white hair in themaside to let him know and to have the shake remade, use the brain in your skull and ask yourself, does a green eyed person=blonde/white haired person. She literally told me that because I have green eyes I am blonde. I have dark brown hair. I?m a bornand bred Taino. Married to a Dominican. Berto though! As the rude manager tried telling me ?You listen here?, Berto the managerstepped in, asked me what was wrong, I told him, he quickly and politely told me no worries, he apologized on behalf of hiscoworkers, and remade the shake and even gave me a pie. I?m not looking for anything free, but he is rightfully a manager. Heshould be retraining that other poor excuse of a manger who shouldn?t even be a manger.
