I start by saying that I have never done a review but this time it really deserves it. every time I order from the online site... the order that I collect is wrong or something is missing, when I ask for the missing things I have to wait 5 minutes even for adrink even though there is no one in line. if instead I go to order in person they speak Spanish with me and are annoyed whenthey speak to me. what i am wondering but this place has a maneger has someone checking that everything is going the right way Ibelieve that the manager and the owner do not care about this place. or if you think you are doing your job well, I am sorry towarn you that you do not know how to do it and I would advise you to change jobs Read more
Very poor customer service. They all seem to work very angry. Bathroom are not open for customers. Do not know if that is... ilegal. This restaurant is a bad representation of KFC Read more
Everytime you go at this time there?s never anything waited 15 mins for a Mac and cheese bowl to then be told they had no Mac... and cheese for the night very disappointed Read more
The lady that runs the drive thru today is terrible service i will never order here again.

The drive thru order taker didn't know the menu item. Took my payment, and asked me to go wait in parking lot, had to ask about... sauce. Was told due to an accident, they didn't have some of the items included in the meal. Offered cookies in place. Checkedthe bag before leaving and it had wrong items. Honestly if it hadn't been end of night, I would have just asked for my moneyback. Definitely not going here again. Read more
Only reason why I give this place a 2 is because the food tastes good. BUT every time I go to this KFC I am missing something... from my order or they get parts of the order wrong. This time they charged for the wrong meal, but luckily they noticed and gaveme my money back Although when I get home a side order is missing. I typically don't return after I get home because of theinconvenience. But seriously it's their job to get these orders right. I'm just disappointed and frustrated. Unreal. Read more
