The lady on the phone seems very annoyed with all the phone calls. I made an order and it was an hour later and it still had not... arrived .I called asking about my order and a young man picked up asking how long ago i ordered i told him 45 minutes he said heshould've been there and transferred me back to the lady who tells me the delivery is there they tried calling you at ###### itold her that is not my number she tells me they are there go outside and hung up on me, i was outside as i called and nobodywas there. The last 2 times I did not have a great experience! It was not the food! The food is beyondddddd amazing like to die for but... from the girl on the phone the last time and the driver the time before that! I placed a order through the phone and she was soannoyed that I was ordering sound like the dunkins workers, anything else? What else? But in such a harsh way and said wellwhenever the delivery guy shows up they'll deliver it. I had to cancel my order and call Giovannis instead. The time before thatthe guy was upset because i didn't write a tip but failed to realize I had the tip in cash in my hands. Read more
This is one of my favorite local pizza places in Lawrence. Great tasting pizza and food! Love their steak tip dinner and supreme... pizza. Only thing is, EVERYONE ELSE LOVES IT TOO!! Sometimes wait time for delivery and pick up is sort of ridiculous, but it'sto be expected(especially on the weekends). Great place nonetheless ???? Read more
Called trying to order a large cheese bread, which i regularly always get from here. Girl in front , doesn?t even say her name,... but tells me that they only have one size which is small. My uncle works here as a deliver driver & i get this all the time.Couldn?t even order what i wanted. ridiculous . Read more
