Great Dunkin drive through, but can back up at times. Order on app and walk in as option.
I ordered a large black hot decaf coffee at the drive up window today. When it was handed to me I asked if it was hot because... the cup didn't feel hot. She said that it was hot but when I got home...a live a few minutes away.. near Boston Market.... Ifound that it was just barely luke warm. I called the store and got a recording saying to call back later because they were busywith other customers. I called back later.. same message. Thanks for nothing! Read more
There's such a lack of organization. If I owned this franchise I would hire new people. On two separate occasions over 15 mins... was waisted waiting for an order that had been given to someone else incorrectly. Terrible service. In particular the personmaking food.
