Ever since a new owner took over the service is extremely slow. I waited about 10 minutes for 2 smoothies. Not impressed!

Got a meatball and ricotta panini - which was a) a pressed sub roll, b) no actual ricotta (("it's baked in the meatball" they... said)) and c) was actually still frozen in the center of the meatball. Super gross! Iced coffee had ten tons of sugar in it aswell. Generally a poor experience. Read more
