I pulled in to the drive thru to get my mobile order, only to learn it was not in their system (even though it showed the right... address on my app and my card had already been charged) and was asked to pull forward. Fortunately for me, Jessica did nothesitate to let me tell her what the order was. I pulled forward to not block the drive thru line, and she ran my order out tome and ran back to get the one thing that was missing. The bun was stale. The fries were almost cold. The service was surly.
Have been there a couple of times now. Staff has been pretty friendly and quick. Food has been great. Though I wish the shakes... came with a bigger diameter straw. Read more
Slow service, meat had been precooked for lunch rush and was very dry. I had a baconator it only has catsup and mayonnaise uch!... I was in a hurry didn't have time to have them make it right. Wendy's is way overpriced for fast-food anyway then to getsubstandard food is upsetting. Read more
It's fast food served fast, cheap and you get what you pay for. Great service and didn't wait long.
Whatever you do, don't try to walk up to this place for breakfast unless you're feeling very lucky. I've tried going at least a... handful of times all after 10 (more than an hour after it says the lobby is open) and the doors were unlocked once. Seriously,just take the false hours of operation off the door and replace it with a sign that says "whenever we feel like" because that'sall it is. Read more
If you're looking for your correct order this isn't the place to go. I asked for only pickle... LITERALLY Everytime I go up... there I have to use my own buns at home just so I don't have to use the same bread. This is why you're stuck in fast-food. Can'ttake a SIMPLE order. And I got a large lemonade and it tastes hot and just nasty. Totally not worth the trip and a waste of mymoney. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN! Read more
The new garlic fries are amazing and so is the new mozzarella chicken sandwich! Also the service was friendly and quick.
