Pathetic food for the price. Don't waste your time. This is the only burger I've ever had that I would say was actually bad.... Most of the time when you eat a burger that isn't really good it's at least ok. Not this one. It was actually unpleasant toeat. I ordered a BBQ bacon cheeseburger for $14. It's supposed to come with bacon, white cheddar, bbq sauce, avocado spread,and jalapenos. It came out 15 minutes later overcooked with no avocado or jalapeno so I returned it. Five minutes later it cameback with avocado, but no jalapeno. When I flagged down a worker she told me they're out of jalapenos. Why not tell me that whenI ordered or when it was returned? And how the heck are you out of jalapenos when your kitchen is 50 feet from the jalapenos inthe produce department of the grocery store you're already inside of? It's a restaurant in a grocery store! Food was great. The Staff was really friendly with helpfully suggestions. A bit pricey... for burgers, but I think it was worth it. My wife loved her P.B & J burger. The Wahl-epeno burger was delicious. It's a greatexperience!! Read more
So..all I bought was a chocolate shake and Mac and cheese. It took them 15 minutes to make my chocolate shake.... Fifteen...minutes. and it was watery (zero thickness), I brought this to their attention and they agreed it didn't look rightand maybe something was wrong with their machine. So they remade it but HOW did they not see how runny it was in the firstplace? Do you just make it without looking at it? How did you physically bring it to me not seeing it was soup? And thenhonestly I can't even remember how I felt about the Mac and cheese. It was that memorable. Nothingness. I remember not finishingit and feeling unsatisfied. The only reason they get 2 stars is the staff still seemed friendly enough and they did remake my($7.) shake and it was ok. Read more
The food was not that great. Very expensive for what you get. Two burgers and fries cost over $32. No drinks ordered, only... water. We can go to McDonald's and get the same quality of meal for 1/4 of the cost. We will not be returning. Read more
Every time we have ordered the chili or a chili burger or the fish sandwich it has been horrible!! The chili is a dried up... clump of beans and hamburger. There is no liquid, sauce, juice whatsoever. They charge around $5 for like a half of a cup. The fish is extremely overcooked and does not come in a solid filet. They just put pieces of a filet on a bun and call it asandwich. Each time you take a bite the sandwich falls apart. Plus, it?s overcooked to the point it?s almost burnt. Tastesawful. Complaining does absolutely no good. Management does not seem interested in making the order ?right?. Verydisappointed. We never stray away from the Olathe location. Mainly because they're so good with allergies. However, Bridgette from the... Lawrence locations went above and beyond for us. She was very attentive and explained all her precautions. Even brought out theallergies book to double check certain ingredients. Seriously, that woman deserves a raise. Read more
I have tried this place twice...worst food I've ever had...and very expensive. I asked for this bowl w/o avocado as I am... allergic. It came with avocado...service did not care and had to ask for help. There is nobody working in seating area...verybad experience and food is so over priced as well. Read more
I was quite happy with my food. I ordered the fiesta burger, and the string onion rings. The food tastes great, along with... excellent customer service. It was a little pricey at $20, but I will definitely be eating here again. Read more
