Twice I have come to this location well before posted closing time and been turned away. Even when the posted paper time isn't... met. 15 minutes before paper not time and 2 HOURS before listed closing time. Also have regularly had issues with lack ofingredients or drinks. This is the worst managed fast food place I have ever tried to patronize. You never know when it is open or what kind of hurdles... you need to jump! I am finished with this place. Read more

Normal status of service. Less than stellar customer service abilities from the staff. Facility was clean and so were the... bathrooms. Food service didn't take long and quality was to par. Read more
at approximately 8:50 PM today I arrived at this place to pick up a DoorDash. I parked because it appeared there were customers... inside because there was a guy I could see that was not in uniform inside. So I walked through the unlock door and I'm told "thelobby is closed" I said I'm here for a DoorDash. The employee says to his boss "he is here for a DoorDash" and then the specialsnowflake millennial named Zach stuck his head around the corner and said the lobby is closed so I have to go around. I said ifyou don't want people in the lobby why don't you just lock your door? which point in time he had a complete typical specialsnowflake meltdown and threaten to refuse to give me the order even if I did go around which I was willing to do. Spent $37 On Taco Bell and They got 3/4of the order wrong. They were in a hurry to close early at five or 6 PM on a Wednesday... ordered three chicken Chalupa?s no lettuce all were packed with lettuce Wife is allergic to lettuce she has food allergiesandthere were only three pieces of chicken On each Chalupa.The rest was all lettuce. The shells on the Chalupa?s were hardas rocks and we ordered a crunch wrap for grandson no tomatoes it was full of tomatoes Tried to call back Within 15 minutes ofgetting my orderwould not answer. They order on the screen when we ordered was correct no one paid attention to the order tooworried about leaving early. This was March 9, 2022 between 5 and 6 PM. After reading all the reviews, I have also come to a conclusion about this place. It is a bad Taco Bell. My wait in line are the... worst. Who wants to wait this long for diarrhea? If I want diarrhea I should receive it in a quick and timely fashion. Read more
