Like many places these days, I believe they were under staffed. The food was fine and there was nobody in the restaurant but me.... My only complaint was having to repeat what I wanted on my sandwiches numerous times before I got them the way I wanted them.Other than that it was great. Read more
I ordered delivery and got the complete wrong order when I called and asked to speak to a manager he found the problem to be... funny. I was informed by said manager that it was my responsibility to call door dash and handle it with them. I will never begoing back to this subway!!! Read more
Absolutely love ?? their food. Especially when the bread is super fresh and the toppings are fresh as well. Got a footlong oven... roasted chicken on Italian bread with provolone cheese, light lettuce, heavy onions, cucumbers, salt and pepper, light BajaChipotle Sauce and heavy Mayo. Super delicious. The app was glitchy and made it hard to oder so we had to go in. We had gift cards and it wouldn?t accept them both so we had to... go in to take car of business. The food was typical Subway fare and the service was quick but it seems to me that the folks at the Lawrence area Subways... restaurants recently have been disinterested in their jobs. While I don't expect them to be as excited as circus clowns, itwould do Subway better if these folks would show more energy and make the customers feel both welcome and appreciated instead ofsomething to interrupt the workers' boredom.
