I asked if they could substitute egg instead of beef on a sandwich for a vegetarian, and they were very accommodating. They made... the substitution at no extra charge. The food was very hot and delicious. Read more

The only good thing about that visit was that my mom's two burritos and fries were good and hot. I on the other hand got a... toaster and it was cold like it was made for another customer but they changed their mind not to mention that the beacon and thetoast was over cooked. This is why my visits are few and far to any Sonic in Lawrence my food either gets overcooked or it'swrong. Read more

Omg like went for breakfast. Ordered around 8:30, and didn?t come out until 8:45. I had to get to work. Almost asked for my... money back. I don?t understand why only one person serving food. I?m pretty sure someone spit in my drinks, I had to push thebutton again to see what was taking so long. Read more

I had to wait 50 minutes for 2 corn dogs, a small Mozzarella stick and route 44 slushie. Had to repress the button after 25 min... and they told me it was on it's way out. 25 min later still no sign of my order so I had to walk up to the door and let themknow I was still waiting on my food it was ridiculous. The lettuce was wilted and the tomatoes were not ripe but the burger itself was good. Doubt we go back though

Understaffed. Half price shake promotion almost killed them. One car hop the night of a promotion. There was a 20 min wait once... you got answered after 5 or so minutes. The manager did personally come out and handle orders so it's clearly just a staffingissue. I've been here many times and had a decent experience. Read more
