Updating from previous 2 star review. Now 5 stars! I was given a call quickly from their manager Abby (sp) who offered me a free... any size drink and she apologized for the breakfast sandwich fiasco and even informed me that she would talk to her staff.Everything seems fixed to me and I got a mocha latte for free. Thanks Scooters for thr coffee! .................. So this is asad review...because I actually really like their COFFEE. which is why they get 2 stars. But I ordered a ham cheese breakfastsandwich and it was super cold almost frozen in the middle. I swung back around and they said they'd pop it back in themicrowave for me (ew no, I want a fresh one that I didn't just bite into and that sounds like a health code violation). So Iasked them to make a new one. Well they made a whole different sandwich than the one I ordered so now I had a hot sandwich butit was bacon egg on a biscuit which I did NOT want. I did try it though because I didn't want to bother them again since theyseemingly can't do breakfast sandwiches right...and it was hard and crunchy. Hot yes...but hard and crunchy. Not like a tastycrunchy bacon mind you, I'm talking crunchy bread. It was awful. So I had spent 5 bucks on this breakfast sandwich that theymessed up twice on. I was too upset to swing back over and ask for a refund. This review will do just fine. Read more
Was visiting my college kiddo and hit this drive thru while getting fuel. We both got our order fast and the coffee was pretty... decent too. Staff was very friendly. Read more
Expensive I would say more than average) just a copy of a copy of a copy of a drive through coffee place. May just be lucky out... of something 2 or 3 times. Oat milk. Read more
This is the best scooters in LFK. Not sure if we have any others actually but that?s probably because I?ve never thought of... going to any other one. I made a mistake, I sent my friend to pick up a drink for me and he misunderstood and ordered the wrongone. I called because you have no idea how yummy their White Chocolate Mocha Blended is. It?s literally heaven and I literallylook so forward to it every few weeks lol. Anyhow my friend accidentally ordered the wrong thing (which again not scooters faultit was ours) and the amazing employees at scooters made me a new one on them. I will always be a scooters customer. This justmade my weekend for real. And the drinks you make literally make me so happy!!! Y?all are godsend to the local community. I get my coffee from Scooters 3-4 times per week. The staff always cheerful and greet me with a helpful smile. At this point,... I'm not sure if its the great coffee or amazing people I look forward to starting my day with! Read more
They didn't have the frappe machine going when we rolled in around 6:45 am on a Thursday. But my smoothie was good and my mom... liked her substitute iced coffee drink. Read more
The baristas at Scooters are super friendly and fast and make the best drinks! I love when they have coupons in the mail. I wish... you were able to leave a top on your card when you pay but you can only tip with cash here. The photo I included is on a sundaymorning and it looks really busy but I waited for no more than a probably 2 minutes when someone came out and took my order andwhen I got to the window a few minutes later my drink was ready. Just left, ordered 2 pumpkin spice lattes and two turkey sausage, egg, and cheese sandwiches. I'd like to request a refund for... the sandwiches. They were still frozen. Uh, train your staff how to use a microwave. Read more
