Got a stuff crust pizza for the family and disappointed. The pizza was so thin it was like we were just eating crust with some... cheese and pepperoni tossed on. It was hard to slice and even harder for some of us to chew. The stuffed crust part was the onlydecent part even though it was very salty for some reason. We will not be going back. Read more
So I placed an order for pickup tonight, two large stuffed crust pizzas and some breaded buffalo mild wings and after getting... home I found that not only were some of my wings as hard as rocks but that they also had next to no sauce. Food itself was good but they sent a DoorDash delivery driver instead of one of their own drivers and the DoorDash driver didn?t... carry change so I was stuck between a rock and a hard place and ended up having to pay 40 dollars for my 26 dollar meal. This place has gone way down! The pizza was very dry. Didn't have the flavor it was known for. I was very disappointed.

If I could give a 1 star I would. This business would not know how to provide good customer service if their livelihoods... depended on it. The manager lady that works here is so very rude and disrespectful. She canceled my order and then didn?t tellme it was canceled due to her not having staff. I run a Lawrence business and I understand short staffing however the way thiswas takin care of was so so highly unprofessional. I?m beside myself after this experience and I will never order from thislocation again. After this experience I may just choose to take my future personal and business orders somewhere else alltogether. This was laughable Pizza Hut of Lawrence Kansas. If this is the standard being accepted I can understand why so manyof our local eateries are closing down. Read more
