Hours online say open till 10, drove 35 minutes got there at 9:40 and the door was locked. A couple guys inside shake their... heads chatting like they're talking about how they're not opening the door. Waste of time. Read more

I am amending my original review, as I was reviewing the attitude of a single individual employee and not the quality of the... sandwiches etc. The sandwiches were the quality that I have come to expect from JJ, and my daughter always insists that we goanytime we are near! I've ordered from them both as delivery and in the restaurant. Most of the time they get the order correct; however, a few times... there was some questionable practice and management. The time I ordered in store, I suspect they purposefully screwed up myorder so that they could have a free sandwich. When I first told them I had ordered something else, they didn't offer an apologybut were quick to defend themselves, after which I saw them eating the sandwich around the meat processing equipment, which isunsanitary. I felt disregarded. Today, I ordered delivery and they delivered the wrong cookie. When I called to see if theywould exchange the cookie, they said no because "it's not expensive enough and not worth our time." I was told I could go intothe store and buy the proper cookie, which is unfair because I already paid for a cookie I hadn't received. I don't agree withthis store's management and will not order from here anymore. They don't value their customers and they don't takeresponsibility for their mistakes. Read more

Usually reliable... I have a habit of ordering online late at night, and though the delivery drivers are usually reliable at... the mass street location (I live only about 5 blocks away), I recently waited over an hour and a half for my order. When an hourhad passed I called in to see why my order hadn't arrived yet, and they said the delivery driver was sent out with 4 ordersincluding mine. I can only assume mine was last on that list and that the guy got lost... several times. Read more
