Great sandwiches every time we go to any Jimmy John's any town this was no exception. Lawrence Kansas did a good job
While COVID numbers are at their absolute lowest they are now refusing to serve w/o a mask at the register...But we can sit... maskless at a table literally 3 feet away. Was a regular. Done with this location and their theater. Read more
Delivery always takes over 20 mins. Do not expect to get what you want unless you go in the store and watch them make it.... Multiple times I have had to call and remind them that I had an order. Worst JJ iv been to I hate that I live in there area!! Read more

So many whiny reviews for this location! The labor market is tight, life happens, and folks give this place no breaks. People:... It?s a chain sandwich shop. They?re doing their best. And, hey: They always treat me well. I?ve ordered from this locationdozens of times and have had ONE ISSUE. I emailed corporate about it, and the store manager replied herself, AND WITHIN 15MINUTES.
