Visited for lunch. Nice spot with bright decor, lots of space. Very attentive staff able to explain things. We ordered a... Honolulu and Molokai. Food came to our table promptly with no delays or errors. Good sised portion for lunch. Very tasty andfilling. Macaroni salad was an interesting side. The restaurant's environment was superb. Always the BEST EXPERIENCES at Hawaiian Bros! But today? today was EXCEPTIONAL. Annabelle (Annie) was so sweet to us. My 5 year... old twins were on a rampage. I?m pregnant and hot. So I?d give this place 5 stars. Seriously the food is amazing almost all the time. But this time it was unfortunately burnt.... Listen this place has great service, great food, and a friendly atmosphere, but the food was burnt to a point where my fiancéewas picking out a lot of chicken. I had to force down mine just because I didn?t want to waste money. And we live far enoughaway that going back would not be worth the hassle. The customer service is absolutely wonderful! This is our new favorite restaurant! My daughter and I have to eat gluten free so... it?s amazing coming here and having most the menu gluten free! Her and I substitute the Mac salad for fresh grilled veggies!They are so good! My husband loves the Mac salad! I HIGHLY recommend this restaurant for amazing food, amazing customer serviceand cleanliness!! Everyone is always so welcoming when you walk in the door! It?s a must try!! Nasty experience. Ordered a drink and some food from this location. I never post reviews but this was repulsing. My drink was... covered in this fatty substance as well at the packaging for my order.
