I have never had bad service or food from burrito king, it is definitely a go to for comforting delicious Mexican food here in... Lawrence. I've only ever had one mix up with my meal and they were very helpful in resolving it. Everyone here works hard and iskind above all else. Love this place and will continue to go there! Read more
Food is pretty good. Idk about some of the employees. When giving me my change back she just handed me bills and no coins....... She looked so lost and had no idea how much coins to give me. It was only 15cents but they should train the employees on how togive out change. Read more
We come to burrito king quite often. The king burritos are really good, and so are the soft tacos. We also like to use the punch... cards to earn a free burrito, which shows how often we come here. When we went to pay this time, the girl at the window wasextremely rude when requesting a punch for the card. She let us know they are out of the cards, so we asked her to initial thereceipt like they have several times before. She kept repeating that she can?t do it, so we spoke to the manager. They were evenmore rude than the initial girl. I would recommend hiring friendlier people with customer service skills and not an entitledattitude. Maybe a drug test in the initial interview wouldn?t hurt either. We are big on supporting small businesses, but willnot be giving them our business any longer, and will absolutely not recommend them to anyone anymore. You lost a great customer! Read more

Stopped there after 12 and would do it again great food and better customer service. The manager accommodated my dietary... restrictions and suggested the deluxe chicken nachos. As you can see by the picture it was a great recommendation. They openuntil 3 am with a drive thru. Read more
Near campus, greasy late-night fast food that's a million times better than Taco Bell. Look over the menu before you go;... deciding what you want on the fly can be daunting. The best item on the menu is the #16 deluxe nachos. The drive-throughspeaker may use an upgrade or repair, but it adds to the charm. Read more
