Last time there, I sat in my car at the drive through ordering area for about a minute before driving around and going inside to... order. They never knew I was at the drive through area after going inside and talking to the people there. They werecourteous, but oblivious. It had been awhile, probably a year, since I'd been to burger King and first time at this location. Ordered whopper Jr meal for... $8.29 before tax. The burger was comparable in size to Wendy's or McDonald's kids burgers. Had issue with bun being moldy andhad to ask them to give me new bun. They didn't have issue replacing it but blamed it on vendor saying they delivered bad bunsand they mustn't of pulled them all. Overall the burger was edible but not worth price. The fries were cold and tasted likethey'd sat awhile. The wait for cold food was too long considering I was only customer there and it was 330 in afternoon.Definitely won't be coming back. Fries came out cold. No way. Charge $.30 for three slivers of onions and three pickles on a chicken sandwich for a total of $.60... more on something that generally gets 86 by several people probably 60% of the time very unhappy for what I paid $10 for achicken sandwich Read more
went to the Bauer Farm location and each bite of the royal chicken sounded like a bite taken out of rubber and was extremely... slimey, as in slime dripping from the sandwich. Very disappointing as i frequent this location daily because my job is rightdown the street. Will not be back after this experience though. Disgusting. Read more
Handled an issue with the app where I opened the app in this location, made my order, paid for it, and then the app said my food... was ready across town at a different location. They let me have the food from this location as they understood theinconvenience, I was on lunch break and expected to return to work shortly. Thanks again for handling this issue, I was veryrelieved. The food was good too. Read more
The croissant breakfast sandwiches are the biggest joke ever!! They looked leftover and was barely anything on the small... croissant. The hash browns we ordered were tater tots that we couldn't eat due to either spoiled potatoes or horrible grease!! Never make this mistake again! Read more
Horrible, horrible service. Just wanted a cheeseburger and a basic chicken sandwich. BASIC chicken sandwich! Get it home, unwrap... it and they couldn't even put it on the correct bun. They slapped a long party onto a whopper bun, a tiny squirt of mayo and apinch of lettuce. Blows my mind how something so simple gets messed up so badly. Tried to order in the drive thru and was told to hold on but then no one ever came back to the speaker to take our order after 5... minutes! This location should just be shut down. Horrible service. Read more
