On Sunday night went to the drive through and ordered burgers for the family and that same night me my wife and daughter all got... food poisoning. We were throwing up all night and couldn't leave the bathroom. Had to miss work Monday because we were so sick.The next day I went and asked for a refund but the guy looked unbothered by it. Never going back to this location. Theyobviously don't care if food spoils , they will still serve it to you. Read more
As usual the line was long and does not move very fast. The lights were out on the menu and around the back side of the building... this is unusual for this location. The employees were nice and very polite. Read more
This Wendy's regularly runs out of ice at night and doesn't inform the customers at all when they give out warm drinks over the... drive-through, caught it tonight and asked the gentlemen to see if we could swap our room temperature cokes for bottled water ordrinks which may be cold, they stated they didn't have any which is fine, their frosty machine was working and I asked thegentlemen to see if we could swap our drinks for frosties, he consulted with what I assume to be one of his coworkers or managerand promptly stated that they wouldn't be able to without an uncharge. This would have been fine if they had informed us whileordering that there wasn't any ice. This wouldn't be a problem if this wasn't the 3rd time this has happened. We payed fordrinks which are awfully tasting and had to throw out, adding ice at home didn't help as they had lost their carbonation. Ihate to post negative reviews, but asking respectfully, without having a hint of a Karen hissy fit, and having experienced thisbefore, pushed me to write this review. The food was great, but I am iffed regardless. If you are the manager of this Wendy'slocation, please fix your ice machine, or inform your workers to let the customers know that there isn't any ice left, I'lltake the review down then. Read more

Very busy, love ordering their peacan salad with chicken and apples(added from home red grapes and croutons). Always, very... friendly and polite. Order was given correctly. Was very pleased with the customer service receive. Read more
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. RUDE EMPLOYEES. We placed an order with 3 meals. We noticed all 3 burgers were made incorrectly. I... understand people make mistakes, which is fine. We went back to have the burgers fixed and we instantly got attitude from thegirl on the speaker. She kept interrupting what we were trying to say the correct order was and loudly speaking over us with acondescending tone. She was speaking to us as if WE were dumb for coming back. We received replacement burgers which we realizedwere still wrong when we got home. Insane. If you are allergic to anything, be extra cautious ordering from 35 & Southernlocation. Advice to management: please coach your employees to take accountability for their mistakes and to just be nice. Afriendly personality goes a long way. Read more
