On Sunday night went to the drive through and ordered burgers for the family and that same night me my wife and daughter all got... food poisoning. We were throwing up all night and couldn't leave the bathroom. Had to miss work Monday because we were so sick.The next day I went and asked for a refund but the guy looked unbothered by it. Never going back to this location. Theyobviously don't care if food spoils , they will still serve it to you. Read more
As usual the line was long and does not move very fast. The lights were out on the menu and around the back side of the building... this is unusual for this location. The employees were nice and very polite. Read more

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. RUDE EMPLOYEES. We placed an order with 3 meals. We noticed all 3 burgers were made incorrectly. I... understand people make mistakes, which is fine. We went back to have the burgers fixed and we instantly got attitude from thegirl on the speaker. She kept interrupting what we were trying to say the correct order was and loudly speaking over us with acondescending tone. She was speaking to us as if WE were dumb for coming back. We received replacement burgers which we realizedwere still wrong when we got home. Insane. If you are allergic to anything, be extra cautious ordering from 35 & Southernlocation.
