Saturday evening went to get a salad which the young female assisting made very clear rudely no chopped salads are sold. I... proceed to get a protein bowl add my ingredients then requested my ham be chopped since it was for my elder grandma. The staffsaid you do not have to demand you can ask me in a professional manner I advised I do not want you finishing my salad andrequested a manager. She threw the ham on top my bowl, throws her gloves and tells the other staff you can help her if you wantbut I?m not. Very unprofessional, immature and disrespectful young kid. Wish I could leave a better review. Unfortunately, they do not change their gloves after handling cash than handle food.. the... employees also were rude and acted as though it's an inconvenience to order a sub. Online ordering also sucks. They do notfollow the order . Read more

Online order, come in wait over 20 mins by the online order pick up rack, come to find out my sandwichs were already made... sitting behind the counter, cold. Not a single employee asked if I was there for a pick up. The manager on duty said and I quote"did you let us know you were here"? I didn't know I had to "check in" to get my food off rack that I've already paid for. Ifthat's the case then they should post a sign. Intresringly enough I read the signs they have in the store and got treated as ifI was wrong. Read more

I placed an online order for delivery through Subway's website. I ordered a sandwich and a salad with the salad dressing and... banana peppers on the side as I knew I probably would not be able to eat the salad until tomorrow. The food arrived and thesalad was drenched in dressing. I called the store and was told they could switch out the salad. I don't switch out food whenI'm IN a restaurant let alone a redelivery! I was told I could bring it in, but I have been exposed to Covid so I couldn't gothere. They would not refund my money for the salad, so I paid almost $40 (with all the fees) for a 6" sandwich (which wasgood), drink and potato chips, and for a salad (more $$ than the rest of the food) that I had to throw away. To add insult, thereceipts didn't show my instructions for the salad nor the driver instructions on how to get to my house, even though Idouble-checked both before submitting the order. I guess if I ever place a delivery order in the future, I'll have to make ascreenshot of all of the steps to make a case for getting refunded as there was no way to go back to retrieve it.
