Online order, come in wait over 20 mins by the online order pick up rack, come to find out my sandwichs were already made... sitting behind the counter, cold. Not a single employee asked if I was there for a pick up. The manager on duty said and I quote"did you let us know you were here"? I didn't know I had to "check in" to get my food off rack that I've already paid for. Ifthat's the case then they should post a sign. Saturday evening went to get a salad which the young female assisting made very clear rudely no chopped salads are sold. I... proceed to get a protein bowl add my ingredients then requested my ham be chopped since it was for my elder grandma. The staffsaid you do not have to demand you can ask me in a professional manner I advised I do not want you finishing my salad andrequested a manager. She threw the ham on top my bowl, throws her gloves and tells the other staff you can help her if you wantbut I?m not. Very unprofessional, immature and disrespectful young kid.
