Bought a refill cup from Starbucks 6 months ago and have visited multiple locations, only paying $.54 with my refill cup with no... issues so I always leave great tips($1-1.46 the employees deserve it) Today issues, came in too get a pike place refill, as Idid yesterday and many times before, payed $.54 yesterday but today The inconsistency showed. The manager was nice in explainingthe inconsistency, blamed it on new Associates(Also know as Poor Training) and informed me that you have to be sitting in thelobby in order to get the refill price. But as I was leaving another customer came in for a refill obviously confused, becausethe refill policy at Starbucks is once again inconsistent and note posted, they tried explaining to the customer that they haveto be sitting in the lobby. This customer had never heard of this before as I. Glad to see I am not the only one. Consistencyin training helps with Consistency in 5 Star reviews Hence the One Star. I normally love this location but come on guys! 4 days in a row my order has been wrong. I'm charged for extras and don't get... them. Rude little girls here in the morning they made my drink wrong and got all mad when they had to remake it. I paid 7$ for this... cup and I?m not gonna drink something that was disgusting because they put the wrong ingredient in it. There was no reason forit too because I was super nice about the mixup, it?s early, people make mistakes but they were so disrespectful. The girlmaking my drink went on her break during the process so it was just sitting there on the counter for a while. As I walk up tosay something the other girl finishes it but so slowly, I couldn?t believe it like she knew I was standing right there. Pluswhen she was finished, she placed it on the rack for mobile orders when I WAS STANDING RIGHT THERE. I couldn?t believe how I wastreated, but tbh I feel like 95% of employees who work for all fast food/coffee places in Laveen are just filled withill-mannered little kids who don?t know anything about common courtesy, just how to give attitude. The drinks were made well. I walked in and placed my order but the cashier was not pleasant. It's very rare that I have ever... come across a barista that like didn't smile. It was blah. This individual just brought the vibe down. Other than that it lookedlike total of 4 staffed. 1 was cleaning the glass and lobby. Also organizing the pick up orders on the counter. Friendly service, and they didn't mind answering my questions about the drink I was ordering. Ive been ordering a specific drink... "with oatmilk" at other locations and this was the first Starbucks to tell me that the drink was actually dairy based and thatwhat I was requesting was just getting me oatmilk added to the dairy... They were nice and cheerful and didn't get upset aboutme walking on their freshly mopped floor. Drink was perfect. Would come here again. Good starbs. Read more

If I could leave zero stars I would. I order here almost every morning & it?s the same order no modifications and the drink is... always wrong never consistent. I usually just let it go because I don?t want to drive back. This time I was done paying so muchfor a drink I don?t drink because it taste bad I called the Store Manager this morning 11/18 8:10am & she was not helpful orconsiderate. I advised her this had been an ongoing issue & she said ?it?s out of my hands?. Maybe if this location has bettermanagement the store would run smoother in return have a good team & store.
