This is the third time in the past 6 months we order from here and the order is messed up! This time the driver let us know she... slammed her brakes and food flew around the car. She told us to contact the store BUT NO ONE ANSWERS. I understand thingshappen, these types of things are a one off. But again this is third time we order and the order is messed up. Last time ourmeatballs on the pizza were old rotten and smelled/tasted gross. We tried to contact but again they do not answer. No worriesI?ll leave a review on the survey in the receipt, except this location does not give a survey code to provide feedback. Idecided this place doesn?t want to know how they?re doing because they?re not doing well. Which is disappointing because we lovePizza Hut , just not from this location :-( Read more

The wife was craving Pizza Hut, which we used to get quite often but haven't in a while since their prices have gone WAY up and... the deal we always used to get no longer exists. We'd decided to splurge and order from this location as it was relativelyclose to us. We'd placed the order over the phone since the deal that was closest to what we'd used to do was the two largepizzas with 3 toppings each. The local Pizza Hut where we used to live knew exactly what we'd wanted every time and we'd neverhad a problem, before. I'd explained that I like a lot of toppings and the wife only likes pepperoni and the shop we alwayswent to just rung in the toppings on her pizza but put two of them on mine, instead, so I'd end up with 5 toppings and she canjust have her pepperoni. Yes, it's a special favor but it's fairly simple and the person taking the order said it would be noproblem. Edit: Google messed up and deleted what I was typing so here are the highlights: Told 20-30 minutes, arrived at 25minutes, 10 minutes later, cashier appeared and waited on a bunch of people in a chunk with me being the last of the group. Pizza not ready for another 20 minutes after that. 55 minutes total. Cashier not wearing uniform or name tag but was wearingapple earbuds in each ear. Cashier interaction total: maybe 45 seconds. Greeted me by saying, "name? You pay already?" Pizzarung in with 1 topping on wife's and five on mine with me being charged $5 extra for double black olives. Explained situationto cashier and they didn't seem to even listen...read back the receipt and said the price not even looking at me. I said, noraised voice on my part at all, "it's fine, don't worry about it." Stuck card in machine to pay. I didn't give one star because both registers up front being down wasn't their fault. I ordered using the app and waited and... additional 10 mins because I know Fridays are busy. I got there still had to wait and was charged for the wrong oder despite mesaying Rickey with a e. Then getting home only to open the box to a burnt pizza made me wish I would've went to little Cesar. This was a waste of money and time. Read more

I ordered the dinner box (pizza, cheesy bread & cinnamon sticks) and the store called to inform me that they had NO breadsticks... so my dinner box would only be a pizza (if I wanted just a pizza, I would?ve ordered it that way). Lack of product tells me thatthe management at this location doesn?t effectively do their job to order supplies in a timely manner. I haven?t had Pizza Hutin years and my recent experience at your location reminded me just why I never choose Pizza Hut over your competitors everytime. Your quality has decreased over the years and this recent experience just verified for me that you still have a long wayto go to get back where you used to be when you had dine-in locations. First and last time ordering from this location and probably from any location, horrible experience. I placed the order online... and it said delivery time 25-35 minutes (8:05 PM), okay great. Submit order and it says it will be delivered at 9:35 (1.5hours???), so I call and ask which is correct because if it is going to be 9:35 I will pick it up, I live 2 miles away. The girlthat answers tells me between 8:30-8:40. At 8:40 I get a text update telling me that my order is out for delivery, okay... At9:00 I call and it just rings and then gets disconnected. Again at 9:02 I call and the same girl answers as before, I explain myfrustration and she "transfers me to the local store" I thought that is where I called?!?! No one answers and it just rings andthen disconnects me. Again. Finally at 9:27 I receive another text message saying my delivery is approaching, It was 9:29 whenmy pizza, wings and cheesy breadsticks arrived. Cold. So it was 49 minutes that my food sat from the time it was picked up to bedelivered, and was probably sitting before that. Pizza Hut needs to do better. Read more

Quick shout out to Pizza Hut. I had their Supreme Pizza last night, and they never disappoint. The quality is consistent, and... the prices are not bad. Pizza is the perfect meal for a large group of people and perfect in the pinch. Some bonus info: PizzaHut first opened in 1958, in the state of Kansas, by the Carney brothers. Pizza Hut is also a sister company to KFC and TacoBell. It goes without saying, but check this place out! Read more

I ordered three pizza?s after paying i checked the pizza?s just in case there was issues, prior to leaving the store. I noticed... that two of my pizzas in which I ordered bacon maybe had three very small pieces of bacon on the entire pizza. The managerinformed me that she could remake the pizza?s therefore I waited an additional 15 minutes to have the same issue happen again nobacon. The district manager was at the store at the time of my purchase he explains to me that the amount of bacon on thepizza?s was the standard amount given. I explained i paid for three topping?s and bacon was one of the three therefore Iprocessed to asked for a little more bacon and the district manager refused and again stated it was the standard. I ended upleaving with basically only teo topping?s even though i paid for three. Never going back to this location again. Longevitycustomer lost over poor customer service. Read more
