This our 2nd visit, 1st visit was great which is why we came back. But this time a bad experience. The store smelt like someone... mopped with a dirty mop and fabuloso. The store had gnats/fruitflys all over we had to leave they landed on our raspados andeven found one in my ice cream. Very disappointed. I will not recommend nor be coming back. Read more
I used to be excited about this place at first but now I cringe before the total bill because their pricing on their menu boards... is out of date... you may want to update your pricing to reflect accurately and remove from the menu things that do notexist. My daughter showed me fruit that was sort of bad so that could use some improvement. I hate to seem harsh but the BetterBusiness Bureau is a lot harsher if they see inaccurate pricing. Read more
Their selection is pretty small and a little pricey to me but they are all amazing! I have been here 5 times and have basically... tried everything on the menu. All of it is good! There are some moments where I wish they added more chamoy, limon, nuts, etc.They definitely need to be less greedy with their Tosti Locos (the bag of chips in the 2nd pic) ! But all you have to do isspeak up and I am sure they will be more than happy to add stuff, I just haven't yet. But yes, I definitely recommend! Plusit's such a cute and cozy location. Great place however my usually order, fresa con crema, was not filled to the size of the cup. I've been to many places and... usually overfill it while including whipped cream. I'll give it a second try, hope next visit is better. Read more
i?ve visited this place two separate times. the customer service is horrible. and i ask myself how can a simple business of... serving ice cream or snacks have horrible customer service? well they do. they are rude, and have zero common courtesy orattention to detail. my 2 kids even told me themselves that the girls at the counter were rude. and that it had a bad vibe, thisis coming from kids at an ice cream shop? they left our banana split on the counter and never let us know? it was just there..no wonder this place is always lonely.
