Says it closes at 8pm, showed up at 520pm and they aren?t even open. No hours listed on the windows, no lights, no sign,... nothing. Ended up getting pizza, and they still weren?t open an hour later. Ridiculous. At least put a sign up and change youronline hours so people don?t waste their time driving and using their ~$5 per gallon of gas for a place to not even be open Read more
This site is regularly closing early. Refuses to put a sign up to acknowledge their adjusted hours and are unbelievably rude... when asked simple questions. Ordered online for 3pm pick up but they were randomly closing at 3pm today. Charged for multiplesandwiches, drive over to pick up and was rudely told I wouldn?t be getting my food. Read more
Arrived on several Saturdays now about 230 PM knowing they close at 3 and doors are locked with 2 employees viewable. Won?t even... acknowledge you Came again at 640 on Friday when their hours say 8pm and they are closed. Update your hours!!!! Read more

The service is great but who would make the executive decision to close on Saturdays i totally understand if it?s Sunday... because of religious beliefs. But do they not know the most money you make when it comes to restaurant dining and fast foods arein the weekends!! Read more

Site doesn?t believe in customer service. As someone who has spent 9 years in restaurant mgmt, when a customer asks for... something, I provided even against company standard because that?s what brings customers back and makes them happy. Like everyone else the hours online show they close at 8 but we went at 6 and they were closed. Then we had ordered delivery... one week and then a couple weeks later they said they don?t deliver to our address. And we didn?t pick up and move. Read more
