This is hands down the worst Jack in Laveen, I would rather drive to 35th Ave or the 202 newer one, even though I live a block... away. They park you almost every time and always out of something, always. No joke, avoid at all cost, save yourself headacheand drive. As I drove by right now they have 2 parked right now. Read more

11/20/22 4:07am refused service because of system updating. No mention of how long the update would be or anything just sorry... can't take your order. Seems like an excuse seeing how the company has responded to another review with the same issue sayingthey should be operating 24/7. If that's true hope the date and time helps you hold your employees accountable. Read more

Again I'm a stickler I don't believe in drive-thrus I like to go in and place my order personally Jack in the Box brought back... the double and triple Bonus Jack burgers those little bad boys are off the hook I love them especially the fact that you canstill get a complete meal for under eight bucks is astonishing in this day and age not to mention the food is pretty solid tastydefinitely recommend Jack in the Box just stay away from the drive-thru is it possible. It was the worst experience I ever had at a Jack in the box. You pulled up there for two burritos they told us to back up to the... first window and wait till they told us to move forward. After waiting 22 minutes we pulled up to the second window and our foodstill was not ready then they asked us again to pull up and wait. We just asked for our money back and left. Went through the drive-thru and placed a very small order. (#15 and a 10 pc nugget) Waited patiently in line and when it was my... turn to pay and receive my order I was handed my drink and with a very hostile attitude was asked to wait in front of the storein their marked spot #2. The vehicle that had been in front of me was waiting as well. The girl brought out the food to thevehicle in front of me and twice looked at me waiting (exiting/entering the building) in the marked spot she told me to wait at.(Same girl who took my order and asked me to wait was bringing out the orders). After waiting 25 minutes I went inside. Was metwith a collective of staff complaining loudly, openly about another staff member who presumably was absent, thus, defenselesswhich is vile for a number of reasons.... I was greeted with, 'is there a problem,' by one of these employees. This was reallyodd since I literally hadn't even said anything and merely approached the counter. No one had even begun cooking my small orderapparently. The same girl who took my order looked at me again and turned her back on me. Refused to serve me at all. I was verycalm and simply asked for a refund from one of the other employees. I was given the refund but then was refused a receipt/copy.The manager in the back began shouting at the staff in this extremely over-staffed jack in the box as to why it took them over20 minutes. Saw the sign out front saying they're hiring noting their wages on this banner. Shocking how much they are paid.These clowns are paid more than 1st responders such as but not limited to EMT's who go through extensive professional trainingand hold licenses and save lives. Unreal...My 1st job, at 15 yrs old, was a jack in the box and myself and one other person ranit overnight, through the bar rush for less than half of what these people are being paid to refuse service to paying customersand cop attitudes. Doesnt match with the real jack in the box standarts... bad burgers and terrible fries. Like u can literally taste the bad oil.... Who knows when it was last changed. Doesnt the manager check these things? The company should check this store Read more

Me and 2 others went up here with our bicycle's, since we only live 1/2 mile away, and the lobby is locked up. There are about 5... people working there and its still locked up. So we ride back just to get our car and go the drive through and they are onlyserving 1 meal per car. We ask for the manager and they are not here. So we ask for his name, "Oh we can't give out names." Noteven for the manger. So I ask for the manger's number, "Oh we don't know it." So we call the store number. I didn't hear a ring,"Oh our phone is broken." If it's not one thing it's another. After going around 3 times in the drive through (which took usabout 45 mins to do) and went home and they still messed up our order. So we drove back up and they said we need a manger to behere because this is what you order (there receipt machine wasn't working). We tried to tell them but, no. So we ask what timewill the manger be here. After the next day we took talked with the manger and then took it all the way up to corporate and theysaid that they will fix it. The manger told up to come back and she will give us a new order. The next day we drove up there andguess what. The lobby was locked, the guy can't give us our order, and everything else. Nothing was fixed. They can't doanything right. Nothing is working. They need to shut this place down. If I could leave a no star review I would. This placesucks. Read more

It's pretty convenient that Jack in the Box can label themselves 24/7 yet every single location has a system update at 4 am... where you literally cant order anything for about 45 mins. So technically all Jack in the boxes are closed at from 4am-445am. Sonot really 24/7. Read more
