The line always moves fast inside or drive thru and the food and drinks are pretty much almost immediately ready ????
I was in line behind a customer asking for refund, both lady?s that helped her were extremely professional and kind. And then... the ticket machine jammed I believe so they lost my drink order, but the 5 stars is because 3 separate people checked on me andmade my drinks right away. Stuff happens all the time and people always go out of their way to leave bad reviews, but that kindof customer service is incredible. This was my third and final trip to the Laveen Dunkin Donuts. This place is awful and the customer service is worse. If you are... craving stale cold 2 day old donuts along with the rudest people handling your order, by all means, you?ve found a greatlocation. If you are wanting fresh, warm donuts and served with a smile avoid this place. I have come three separate times, lasttime being 2 years ago and I?m always reminded why I personally don?t care for the place. I haven?t been to any other DDlocations but my experience with this place makes me leery to even try. Save your money. Read more

There are two employees here, both of them had awesome pink hair!! They were both so kind to me and really made my experience... enjoyable :) To be honest, I was having kind of a rough day and they really helped perk me up. I will have to try again but this was my first time at any dunkin ever and it was definitely a miss for me. I got a cake batter... latté, mango pineapple refresher and a dozen donuts. The donuts are donuts as you can imagine. The mango pineapple was superdelicious I would recommend for a summer drink with lots of flavor. The coffee however was not very good, tasted like superstrong coffee not like cake batter in any sort of way what so ever. The cake batter coffee was the only reason I went so it wasa letdown but I will have to try again maybe I was given the wrong drink because it was missing the whip cream and sprinklesthat the photo had on the drive through menu. 12/16/21 we went into this location with limited time. Ordered 2 avocado toasts with bacon. Both were burnt and only one had... bacon on it and the bacon was horribly under cooked. It took 10 to 15 minutes to get our order and it was sat on the counterwith no name or number called. Staff was too busy talking with each other and burning toast. Messaged corporate who said theywould contact the franchisee and if I didn't hear from them in 5 days, to let them know. Almost a month later and not a wordfrom the franchisee or corporate again. My drinks are always delicious and look great. Donuts are always fresh. I usually order ahead and when I get there they let me... know if they don't have what I ordered and I am flexible and get something else. The staff is great. Read more
