I ordered their regular strawberry banana calypso smoothie. I will say very refreshing and very fresh. However it seemed a... little on the Sweetside for my taste buds. I wish I had less sugar. I?m not sure if it?s natural sugar or not but it was sweet.Overall great experience fast friendly service drive to. Read more

Absolutely horrible experience. The customer service is absolutely atrocious, the staff were literally yelling insults and... profanity at each other in front of customers, I mean are you serious?? We ordered 2 Oreo smoothies and an Açaí bowl whichtook over 20 minutes to prepare, several people came and went in the time that we waited for our order. Now to be fair therewere only 4 staff members on hand the day we visited but that doesn?t excuse the poor/rude behavior from the staff. Thesmoothies themselves had a super weird taste, think of a sparkling root beer, and that?s what the Oreo smoothies tasted like.The Açaí bowl was the only slightly redeeming factor. I?ve visited several times but 7 out of 10 the snoh is melted the moment they hand it to me. They told me to ask for ?light... syrup? but I still get melted snoh. So this time they told me to ask for ?very light syrup? - this was never a problem at otherlocations. Update 12.23.19 - I visited again after speaking to the owner a few months ago to see if the problem still persists.Unfortunately, still the same issue, my Bahama Rama Mama had too much syrup - the snow was mushy/melted in the middle. UpdateMarch 21, 2020 - major improvement. Melting snoh no longer a problem. Updated to 5 stars. Updated June 13, 2022 - this placehas very bad quality control. It?s a hit or miss every time. While the melting snoh is no longer a problem, now I cross myfingers and hope I don?t get 1) crunchy snoh 2) way too much juice 3) way too little juice and 4) WAY to much ice cream in thebahama Rama mama. Half the cup is ice cream? I?m barely getting snoh. I love bahama bucks so much I keep going and I always seenew faces. The training of these folks need to be better. Downgraded to 2 stars. Read more
This was the first time we come to this location and the last one. Service was terrible, not only they forgot to make our drinks... but we had to remind them 3x times of our order. We came and waited for over 30 minutes. All the employees are pretty young andcould not locate a manager to speak with. Not to mention the person who created our gummy bear drink opened the bag of gummieswith his bare teeth. Talk about proper safe and proper handling. Overall a horrible and unsafe experience! Wow so many options! The wife and I were in the mood for a sweet treat and decided to give Bahama Buck's a try. She had a blue... coconut and banana shaved ice bahama rama mama style, which is with ice cream and a tropical creme topping. I had the Oasis(strawberry and banana w/oj and coconut flavor) smoothie. Both were amazingly good and we will definitely be returning in thenear future to try their very many flavors. Read more
