Worst customer service ever! No one acknowledges you, I waited @ least 15 mins before I had to get a workers attention. Ordered... online, waited for my pick up time but still waited an extra 30 mins for my order to be ready and still it wasn?t even correct! Read more
I ordered their regular strawberry banana calypso smoothie. I will say very refreshing and very fresh. However it seemed a... little on the Sweetside for my taste buds. I wish I had less sugar. Absolutely horrible experience. The customer service is absolutely atrocious, the staff were literally yelling insults and... profanity at each other in front of customers, I mean are you serious?? We ordered 2 Oreo smoothies and an Açaí bowl whichtook over 20 minutes to prepare, several people came and went in the time that we waited for our order. Now to be fair therewere only 4 staff members on hand the day we visited but that doesn?t excuse the poor/rude behavior from the staff. Thesmoothies themselves had a super weird taste, think of a sparkling root beer, and that?s what the Oreo smoothies tasted like.The Açaí bowl was the only slightly redeeming factor.
