This was the best stop our noble chum posse made during a recent foray down the shore, beating out the fried Oreo and artisanal... cocktail competition. We came here for breakfast a few Mondays ago around mid-morning, everyone famished. There was a slightwait (clearly a popular destination - a positive sign), which was only a concern because the sky looked like it was about toopen up and drown us. We were seated less than 10 minutes later, still thankfully dry. The interior of Patti's is cute, rusticand a bit intimate - it feels like you're having a meal at a friend's house rather than a restaurant. It was pretty crowded (Idon't think I saw an empty table while we were there) but didn't feel claustrophobic. Despite being there at a busy time, at nopoint were we rushed by the staff to get out of there to open up tables for others, nor did we have to wait around for asignificant period of time to order or receive our food. It certainly speaks to their ability to pack this place consistentlythroughout the day. I ordered the Crab Cake Benedict dish off Patti's breakfast special menu (which was part of the permanentbreakfast menu so I'm not sure what actually makes it special per se, but no matter). We also ordered a stack of blueberrypancakes to share, a concept that has never occurred to me before but is something I intend to do in the future quite often -who can eat a whole stack? And for someone like me who constantly agonizes over whether to get something sweet or savory atbreakfast, this is the perfect solution. Everything was delicious. The crab cake entrée was a hearty portion, but not over thetop. I'm usually not crazy about hash browns/home fries being shredded (I have mostly a texture-based palate) but the pieceswere still pretty much packed together so it was easy to shovel into my maw. And the pancakes were the perfect density, not tooheavy but still packed a punch. This would have been great just based on the food, but the service went above a Read more

My husband and I just discovered this cute little spot by our beach house and it has quickly become a new favorite! The decor is... so cute and cozy and the menu has plenty of options at reasonable prices (especially for the shore!). My husband had one of thebest ruebens ever for lunch and I enjoyed the short ribs grilled cheese. It was so great that I took my friend back forbreakfast 2 days later and had another lovely experience! The highlight of the whole place is the hospitality- Kelseyremembered my name the whole time on Sunday and immediately recognized me and greeted me by name on Tuesday. So sweet!Definitely give this place a visit. Read more

Truly a delightful place to eat lunch or breakfast. The place is well lit and appointed, staff is well trained in the art of... hospitality (something that is rather lost in restaurant business nowadays), and the food is freshly made and of very highquality and excellent taste! Priced very reasonably too. Would highly recommend it. Read more

Patti?s Kitchen is our family?s favorite year-round breakfast/ lunch establishment. This family owned business makes everyone... feel welcome with their great and personalized service. Kelsey and staff are efficient and friendly with their busy crowdsespecially on those rainy beachy days where everyone wants to go to breakfast. When you get a coffee you never know what mug youare going to get? it?s almost like a fortune cookie! You won?t be disappointed! Head over and sit inside or outside under anumbrella on their new patio! Read more

If 10 stars were available, this breakfast/lunch spot would get every one. Hard to know where to begin with this amazing place.... Everything is perfect, from the beautiful food, to the high quality fresh ingredients, to the quaint beachy decor, to the lovelystaff who take care of the customers like they are family. Of course, the most important thing is the food, and it's alwaysfresh, hot, and cooked perfectly! You'll never find better eggs and hash browns anywhere around. Even Patti's turkey clubsandwich stands above the competition, since they bake their own turkey rather than using the standard sliced deli meat. WhenI'm at the beach with my son and his wife, we go to Patti's every morning. When my grandkids are down at the beach, thehighlight of the kids' (and adults') day is our trip to Patti's for breakfast every single day. Recently, I asked my grandkidswhat the best part of their beach vacation was, and all three chimed in unison, "Patti's!" I feel so lucky that Patti's Kitchenis so close to my beach house, and that it's open all year long. I hope to enjoy it for many years to come with my family! Read more
