Always no hot water. What a nice restaurant.

Not friendly bad service, machines are not working can?t get everything you want, donut muffin shelves are empty.

While it show that it closes at 10PM, the emplyees close the restaurant at 9:45PM and won't let you in after that

I think that in this Tim Hortons it is required to make a bad face and have a bad attitude to be able to work there. I have been... living in Laval for 6 years and the few times I have bought coffee here I always have bad experiences with the customer serviceperson. This Tim H was ready to serve up fresh hot breakfast items and FRESH donuts. This is the 1st location that has provided exactly... what is advertised, fresh donuts, quick service, and delivery of breakfast items efficiently. Even the coffee was hot ! This isa rare event for all the times we've been to various locations throughout our travels. The only negative is the counter personwas not comfortable serving us in English. Can't have everything but we will return to this spot when in the area. Read more

There is couples of old guys that stay there for 2-3 hours and particularly one of them which is there probably every day's,... talk very loud...very disturbing for others clients... Waiting is long...I guess lack of personal but who cares....the goal isnot reached. Read more
