Restaurant most of the time packed. You need a reservation, server was great, great atmosphere, food is decent, a little... expensive, but you get what you pay for. I ate at Lucille on a Sunday evening with my family. We ordered the fish and chips, the cedar plank salmon, the steak and fries... and the NY steak. The fish and chips batter were not as crispy as I would like, but still good and very big portion of fish. Thetwo steaks meal were good, fries were the right amount of salty. The best dish was the cedar plank salmon. The cooking of thefish was perfect and the flavor was so good, however it is very small but with the fries, it is filling. The service was reallygood too. This is such a great place. The quality of food is top notch. The service was also excellent. We were easily able to make a... reservation and we were promptly seated. Such a great dining experience. Genuinely friendly staff, delicious menu items, a variety of house cocktails to choose from and... great ambiance. Beyond the quality and taste of food the service we received was exceptional. Our server Kim went above andbeyond. From offering cocktail options that were tailored to our taste to making great meal recommendations. She knew her menuand had a pleasant demeanor throughout the entire service. Patiently answering all our quns and super attentive to foodallergies. We did have a little error on the cook of the meat but the Manager Shaun, more then corrected the error and eventook ownership and initiative to offer us coffee and desserts (which was completely unnecessary). The icing on the cake wasKim's quick thinking when it was time to pay the bills. My friends picked up my bill as a birthday treat and when I asked for mybill, Kim brought over a bill that said ... hello Happy Birthday $0.00. This completely made our Nighy and just reinforced herattention to detail and exceptional service. I would highly recommend this place , it truly was an incredible evening. Read more
Nice restaurant with a fun vibe. Staff was very friendly and did a good job. Menu specializes in seafood and steaks, you can see... the meat aging room behind the bar. I was not impressed with the food however. Took the $1 ea oysters as an appetizer and theywere good but the smallest oysters I've ever seen (but hey what do you expect for $1 a pop). Had the half grilled octopus as amain. Texture was not very good and bed of greek salad it was served on was hot, definitely not impressed. The food is good. Everything is freshly made and the portions are fair. However the drinks are expensive for the size. The... ambiance is a bit chaotic, music is loud, it gets busy and tables are placed very close to one another. Overall, it is not thefirst restaurant i would go to for seafood, but i would recommend to try it out. Read more
