It was Halloween night and the boisbriand location has been very bad, as in bad food, bad answers and lack of good cooks, in... recent months, so we went to this Laval location and the food was a lot higher quality than the boisbriand version. Has made multiple mistakes in my order, which is fine. But when i spoke with the manager to change it back she refused and acted... very rudely with me shaking her hands around and talking loud and agressively. Marie was very unprofessional and should not be amanager. Also would like to add that when i asked for her to fix my order, she took my plate of food and never brought anythingback and said “it’s not our problem if what you ordered was not good, if you want something else you have to pay “ Bear inmind that i just paid for my plate and they took my plate away and didn’t bring anything back. And told me i have to pay tohave something else. I went a couple weeks ago !! I went with my brother in law! Our waitress was Jessica !! She did an outstanding service while we... were there! This would have been a perfect 5 Stars BUT, the extra shrimps i ordered with my steak platter was missing during my entire meal.... I took my time and gave them 1/2 hr to bring my shrimps, but no dice ???? (-1 Star): The other is the steak was recommended bythe bartender, it was supposed to be great, especially $34 a speak?! It was just ok at best, very fatty and lots of toughtendons, supposed to be a AAA grade, absolutely NOT! (-1 Star). As for the Pros for this location, reserved parking is a plus. Friendly hostesses, Yasmin to Jessica serving you popcorn and seating you and the Bartender Mathew (i think) aussi. Excellentand that’s why it stayed at 3 Stars and NOT lower. Ordered chicken club, salmon poke bowl and chicken quinoa salad through Uber Eats, and the food quality was horrendous. The... portions were extremely small, the chicken in the quinoa salad was dry and full of burnt potatoes and onions, and there was NOsalmon in the salmon poke bowl. Small and poor quality for a very high price. Never again! Very disappointed. We are a companywith staff of 25 employees who will never eat there or order from there again! Read more

I'm so lucky. So many great restaurants. After a stroll through the mall, I enjoyed fish n chips and dessert for lunch at this... LARGE establishment. The staff were so nice, prompt and professional.
