I have been going to this place for more than five years. It looks like the chef/management changed in recent months and so did... the food. It all started with the shrimp tempura. They used to make real shrimp tempura with batter. Now the shrimp are breadedwith Panko bread crumbs. Why? The quality and taste of the sushi are just not the same. The tempura used in the rolls has aweird taste to it and they put an absurd amount in each roll. I am very sad. This was my favorite sushi spot. I really hopethey can bring back the Fuki I loved. This used to be an amazing place, as amazing as all the other reviews say it is. We were regulars. It seems they changed the... management, because this last time was a disappointment. Quality has dropped, cleanliness has dropped. Sushis taste veryaverage, mostly a mouthfull of cucumbers and vegetables, and not nearly as fresh as before. We didn't recognize any of the usualstaff. We also noticed the place was almost empty (on a week end!). It seems i'm not the only one who will not return. Read more

It's only around 28$ per person for an AYCE sushi. It's pretty hard to find a place that offers such a wide variety of sushi for... such a reasonable price, especially for a weekend. Although the seafood seemed rather fresh, I feel like the sushi were mostlyjust rice. There was so much rice that it was overwhelming a bit of the rest of the ingredients. Also, the soya sauce was a bittoo sweet for my personal taste and the wasabi was completely dried up. Those were a bit disappointing for me. The mostuncomfortable thing for me was probably how cramped it was inside. Even though it is a small restaurant, it was packed and thetables were so close to each other, I couldn't even move my chair the whole night. Even the waiters had trouble refilling water. The service was pretty friendly and polite though so it wasn't too bad of an experience overall. The food is also served fairlyquickly so that was also great. Read more

We went there to try out a closer to Laval sushi experience and we were not disappointed! The sushi was super fresh and the... tempura was super crispy and fresh off the oil (if you can say that). We also went closer to opening time (~5) so that mighthave contributed to the freshness, but its one of the better and freshest all you can eat sushi I have had. However, there menuis limited as they focus on sushi, rolls and some tempura. Even sashimi is limited to mackerel and salmon, but its very good. Iwould definitely recommend trying it out. Service was super quick and good too. Read more

Its ok. I tried a few things but prefer the nigiris mainly ( torched salmon is good!). I have to say, their version of "pizza... sushi" is just wrong... First of all it is kinda awkward to eat but just really it simply shouldn't be called pizza sushi (it'slike if I called a plate of ground meat with bread on the side a "hamburger" or whatever, basically they don't fry the rice baseso it fails #1 step in pizza sushi, nonetheless it taste ok). Anyways if you eat lots of sushi them yeah sure this place isgreat, better than other all you can eat, but in general I think I'd rather spend the same amount of cash on higher qualitysushi as I only typically eat 15-20 pieces max per meal.
