It's a drive-thru and walk-up experience with Friday night football game concession stand food. If you're going for anything... else, you'll be disappointed. This location had good service at the window. ????WATCH YOUR DEBIT CARDS???? I went to the drive thru at cookout yesterday I ordered 2 HUGE SWEET TEAS and that was it. I went... to the window to pick up the order, I received my teas and the young lady swiped my debit card. And gave my receipt. I put thereceipt on the seat not paying attention and drove away. As I?m driving I get a notification on my phone my debit was charged$17.89 for two teas I immediately turned around. I get to cookout and the young lady that over charged me was on break EATING. Iwent to the window and complained that the young lady cheated me out of my money. The lady that cheated me went to the windowand cursed the employees out very harshly. And said OK I CHARGED HER FOR SOMEONE ELSE FOOD like it was nothing. But the otherlady gladly refunded my $17.89 back. This lady need to be fired. Usually Cook Out is pretty consistent and a great value. Not this one.

You get a 2-star because the shakes were good, but the attitude of the young woman who took our order and who handed us our... shakes was pitiful... I understand good help is hard to find, but customer service is still important. We couldn't understandher at the drive thru menu. When we repeated our request, asking if a shake could be made a specific way, her response was "Yes!That's what I said already!" At NO point was there a "Hello", "Welcome", "Thank you",... It was almost humiliating. There waszero gratitude for our patronage nor was there any kindness. I regret paying for our order and wish I'd asked for management. Itwill be a very long time before we return. Take notice of Wendy's and Chick-fil-A - their customer service almost always ringsall the bells of gratitude and appreciation, and that's because of great training and great on-going management. This is thetruth. We just got back into town after visiting relatives in a tiny Arkansas town where every store, every restaurant wasfilled with clerks and servers expressing courtesy and pleasantries.
