We visited the Laurinburg Chick-fil-A today as dine in customers for the first time since they opened. I must say that we were... VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! Drive through service is much faster and inside the restaurant was not clean at all. What can I even complain about from Chickfila? Absolutely nothing. They are the fastest, kindest, consistent, and show the most... courtesy of any fast food restaurant that we frequently spend our money at. We almost always order our food on the app for timeand convenience. We have never been disappointed by our food or service. I had two items missing from my order. So did the customer in front of me. This Chick-fil-A had plenty of staff members. But 3... of the staff were wandering around behind the counter not helping any guests. No staff were smiling. The food we received wastasty. Food is good but the inside is the nastiest Chic Fila I've ever dined at and probably been to 50 - 100 locations nationwide.... Stop off at this location frequently because it's on the way to our beach home and every time we've been inside, the floors,tables and restrooms are disgusting. Chic Fila, you can do better. I absolutely love Chick-fil-A! I was thrilled when it opened in laurinburg! The staff is AMAZING here. No matter how busy they... are..each and every time we go our service is always great! They have the patience for indecisive customers to say the least..mychildren always try to order for themselves and at times it can be complicated, however the staff always has a smile and takesthe time to get it right. Also..when we visited last I knew it may take a while..the parking lot was packed and the drivethrough was backed up for days! We spent a little time in the drive through but it wasn?t nearly as long as I was expecting.Thank you to the staff! Read more
Food was delicious as always, but this might be the slowest service ever at Chick-fil-A. 2 breakfast in a row and we waiting... for 20+ minutes each time. With less than 6 cars total in the drive-thru each day. I guess we have been spoiled by efficiency ofother locations. Read more
