This is the slowest sonic in the world. It seems the employees have no hustle in them at all. It should never take 30 minutes to... get any amount of food from a sonic. In need for improvement. Order stall did not work. Moved to different stall. Ordered food. Waited over 20 minutes for food.... When food was finally delivered it was cold to luke-warm. Chicken sandwich tasted old and meat was dry. No eating utensils forthe food my daughter ordered. Just simply do better next time please. Read more
I had a double bacon cheeseburger here in Laurie, MO. It was probably about the best burger I've had in a long, long while. ... Service was great, the only thing is the burger was so juicy it dripped all over my lap! I couldn't even contain all of thejuice/grease by leaving it in the wrapper. Waited for over five minutes at drive thru speaker. No one responded. Left. Need to do better. If you aren't going to do... drive thru at least put note on speaker so you aren't wasting my time. Read more
In all the years we have lived here. This Sonic has always been terrible. Must be bad ownership. These were supposed to be... identical drinks. When asked for a remake. They said to just stir the ugly one. Read more
Honestly, I've definitely had better, warmer food - might have been a bit more expensive elsewhere but at least my food wouldn't... have been cold. The caramel shake was wayyyy too thick. Ended up having to toss it out because it would have spoiled in the heatbefore I could drink any up with the straw. Plus side, the kids meals were perfect! Read more
