Amazing food, amazing service. Had the best smoked prime rib I?ve ever had. The mashed potatoes and gravy are delicious. You... can?t go wrong with this restaurant folks. We ordered the Calamari?it?s nothing like we?ve had anywhere around the Midwest. Theonly place we?ve had any that tasted that good was in Seattle! No pictures of our meal. We were too busy eating it. The smoked prime rib is the best at the lake. I could cut it with a fork. ... Great menu selections. For a $10 upcharge you can split plates. The house cab is solid. The only reason why I give it 4 insteadof 5 stars is because the bar service was slow, apparently the regular bartender called in sick, and when our server brought thebread, we had no bread plates. Minor kinks for a new place to work out. Definitely worth our drive from Osage Beach. Read more
Beautiful interior. Ample parking. Chef Kenny?s beautifully plated entrees are exceeded only by their delicious flavors. You... are also given a soup or salad plus your choice of a side dish with every entree, excluding pasta dishes. The rolls were verywarm and soft. Just enjoyed dinner here. We both had shrimp scampi and it was fantastic. Must have been a dozen good sized shrimp. Service... was top notch and one of the new owners stopped by to talk with us. We learned that about 15 of their staff relocated fromtheir restaurant in Witchita so that speaks to the owners character.
