This has to be the worst KFC in the upstate. It?s kind of entertaining at least, sitting back, and watching the entire team... running around the restaurant handing out the wrong food to everyone, and arguing amongst themselves, and with customers. Itslike dinner and a show. Next time, just go to Zaxbys, or the Bojangles on harper to get your chicken fix. Their managementteams seem to halfway know what they are doing. Read more

Went through drive thru, ordered 8 PC crispy, mashed potatoes and gravy, coleslaw and biscuits. PLUS 12 PC tenders meal 2... mashed potatoes and gravy, 2 macaroni and cheese 4 biscuits. GOT HOME I was missing 2 potatoes and gravy a mac and chees e andhalf the biscuits biscuits . Called back after 7 times of ringing until it cut off Someone answered, I told them that thecustomer was headed back to get the order tight. They remembered him as the big fellow in the Hummer, I said yes he said thathe was going start packing up the missing items and make it right. LITTLE DID WE KNOW UNTIL HE GOT BACK AND WE STARTED TO EAT,THAT THE CHICKEN both tenders and bone in was so tough it wasn't able to chew. Thanks for nothing a 2 trips with gas at 4.50 agallon . I would give less then this if I could. The woman in the drive-thru today is horrible. She was rude to my client who happens to... be an elderly. This woman I believe is a Manger but she is racist towards Hispanics & American people. It's ridiculous & she hasZERO customer service in her. If I wasn't a Minister I would have definitely lost it. But the best way to get back to anignorant person is by ignoring them. That's what she wanted a reaction so she can show out. This is NOT the forst time she hasbeen extremely disrespectful & RUDE. They need to get rude of this woman. I know plenty of people who say the same thing aboutthis very same person. I went around 4:30pm 06/12/22 CORPORATE needs to do some serious training. It?s 8pm and they are saying they closed BUT they allowed three people infront of me to order. Not until I said something about... it did he finally decide he?d take my order. They don?t close until 10pm. Worst ever since I?ve been coming here. There?s 5people inside but he?s acting as if there?s nobody. Maybe not standing around would help more. Ordered a original chicken sandwich meal, 3 pc white meal with slaw and mashed potatoes and gravy, 5 PC tenders with slaw and... mashed potatoes and gravy. They were too busy Playing to fix orders. I got a 5 PC and slaw and a 3 PC dark meat with potatoesand gravy. Will not be back. Update: still just as bad I waited 30 minutes on a chicken sandwich. Read more
I've eaten here a few times and the Long John silver's is pretty good. But mostly I travel here to pick up doordash orders. And... almost every single time that I've went in there is nobody at the front counter. One person in the back preparing the food andone person at the drive-thru window. Many times when you try to get people's attention it seems that they ignore you. I've evenseen people with uniforms on that appear to be on break in the dining room, and clearly see you, and do not offer anyassistance. It's like because they are on their break they do not have to help you in any way.
