Service has been awful every time I visit this Arby's. My mother asked the cashier to clarify what was on a sandwich, and she... yelled it out like my mother was incompetent! Another time, she aggressively told me to pull up to the window when I didn'tfinish ordering. Horrible customer service. Don't come here, go eat at the Zaxby's next door. Read more
We contacted the store to let them know they left out a fry and the ones we did receive were half empty and the general manager... contacted my husband back within 10 minutes and told him he was making us a meal fresh and DELIVERED it to our house. He was soapologetic and made sure we were taken care of. This was above and beyond customer service. I will recommend this location toeveryone. I know sometimes service can take a while, but they make sure you are taken care of. Read more
