It was like we were in a Hallmark Christian Christmas Movie! It was so beautiful and perfect! The Christmas decorations were... amazing! There was soft Christian instrumental music playing in the background while we were eating breakfast and we could seethe most beautiful view of the mountains while we ate! The breakfast was great and everyone was so kind! It was so comfy andcozy and perfect! Can?t wait to go back! Read more

This was our first visit to Echo Mountain Inn and we loved it. They had the Christmas decorations up at the entrance & the main... gathering area, and it was beautiful. They were very accommodating for everyone's needs. Plenty of cozy sitting areas, lots ofboard games, coffee, and hot chocolate. There is lots of outdoor seating and activities on the property as well. I will staythere again soon! Read more

Echo Mountain Inn is a special place. The mountain location is ideal and the historic property is warm, cozy and inviting. The... owners were working at the front desk and were very friendly and easy to work with. The coffee and hot breakfast are superior tothe chain hotels, my favorite being the biscuits and gravy. Echo Mountain has a charming old school Bed & Breakfast feel thatyou aren't going to get at the places close to the interstate, whatever exit that is. Those places are for convenience while youare moving up and down the road; Echo Mountain is a quiet and peaceful retreat that you want to relax and enjoy for a while. Read more

Historic and scenic location that's also convenient to Hendersonville. We stayed in the Magnolia Room which was spacious with a... comfortable bed and walk-in closet. Window unit air conditioner cooled well and blocked noise from the rest of the house. Thebathroom was cramped and quite vintage. Pedestal sink with no counter space. The shower controller was broken - we eventuallymanaged to take showers but the drain was clogged and the water backed up. Breakfast was the typical fare - scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, fried potatoes, yogurt, cereal, waffle maker, fruit. We stayed 3 nights and the fruit bowl was watermelonevery day. On the one day that I wanted toast, there was no bread. We were so pleased that filtered water was available in thedining area but on the day that we needed to fill our water bottles for hiking, we had to ask 3 times for the tank to berefilled. Unfortunately, we didn't feel the hospitality we've experienced at other bed and breakfast inns but we slept well andenjoyed the Laurel Park area. Read more
